My Offerings

  • A guide for you & your partner throughout your pregnancy, for the duration of your labor and/or birth and into the immediate postpartum. I provide emotional & informational support as you navigate decision making in pregnancy, I help you to prepare your body for birth and we work to build a birth plan that meets YOUR vision, values and intuitive desires. I connect you to the best resources in the community for additional care and provide knowledge and education on all things pregnancy, birth & postpartum. In labor I support both you and your partner with the goal of fostering a positive, peaceful & well-supported birth experience. I am here to ensure you feel held, heard, nourished & nurtured on your journey to & through motherhood. Here is what you receive:

    • 2 -3 prenatal visits to prepare for labor, birth & postpartum

    • continuous in-person labor, birth & immediate postpartum support

    • text/email/phone communication from date of hire through 6 weeks postpartum

    • attendance at your home visit for homebirth

    • 1 postpartum visit, which includes organic tea & snacks

    • a welcome package with educational handouts & gifts to support your pregnancy, labor & postpartum!

  • Visiting a newborn mother in her home is a sacred opportunity to allow her to feel seen in her tenderness, heard in her joys & heartaches, nourished in the ways her body needs & nurtured by a fellow mother that carries a knowing of the path she’s walking. I stay for 2 hours and in this time we talk, I listen, I draw baths with organic herbs and prepare food with organic ingredients. I ask families to prepare a to-do list of tasks I can take on such as laundry, dishes, taking out the trash, prepping food from the fridge/pantry or harvesting the garden. I offer warm oil massage teach the mother how to drain her lymph and I hold the baby only when asked so that mother may bathe while dad takes on other tasks or spends quality time with other kids. I help troubleshoot baby care concerns, check in on breastfeeding, provide resources if additional professionals are needed.

  • A MUST in preparation for the most sacred window of motherhood, your first few weeks postpartum. We discuss the foundations of care that lead to a more positive, healthy & joyous postpartum time. Topics discussed: Warmth, Food, Rest, Community & Bodywork. Whether you’re preparing for a medicated, unmedicated, hospital birth, home birth or cesarean this course will provide an empowering plan for you to transition into motherhood prepared and well-supported.   • Not ready to hire a doula or working with a limited budget? This option is fantastic for gathering resources, asking questions and receiving in-depth support in preparation for birth and postpartum. This 90 minute call is beneficial in preparing for pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum. It includes a follow-up email with information & resources we discussed during our call.

  • An offering that is near and dear to my heart as I’ve learned firsthand in my own postpartums and in my years of supporting mothers the VITAL role that food plays in mental and physical health. I have taken many various trainings in ayurveda & other global postpartum diets to develop the skills to prepare foods of the highest quality and benefit. My goal is to show mothers the nourishment they deserve and need. Every meal is as organic and locally sourced as possible with an emphasis on nutrient density & beauty. Food should taste good, feel good and look good. All food is prepared in nontoxic cookware and stored in either glass or compostable containers.

    Each meal consists of 1 large entree, 2 large sides, a dessert and a healing beverage.

    Each delivery feeds a family up to 6 people or provides plenty of leftovers for smaller families. The portions are large, flavorful, full of vitamins & minerals & fats & protein and emphasis is placed on a beautiful presentation.     I work with all dietary restrictions however, I do cook in a home kitchen and cannot guarantee zero cross contamination. I cannot accommodate severe allergies but have worked with all sensitivities and dietary preferences. We work together prior to birth to establish a custom menu that meets the needs and desires of you family.

  • 128 ounces of nutrient dense broth to nourish body & soul of the newborn mother. This broth can be sipped or used as a base for rice and soup. I source bones local to Loudoun County from regenerative farms raising happy, healthy cows. I then add herbs, spices, veggies and even fruits to enhance not just the flavor but the nutritional benefits. This broth is designed to support digestion, immune function, milk production & healing down to a cellular level. I freeze the broth in easy-grab 2 cup portions and store in compostable freezer bags.   • A custom prepared package of 4 snacks and 1 herbal tea blend to make for easy-grab, nutrient dense and satiating food options for the newborn mother. I work with all dietary restrictions except for severe allergies and will work with you to create a custom assortment of snacks to leave you nourished & satiated in your tender time of healing. All ingredients are organic and locally sourced if possible.
